Soft sculptures: Rubber garments
TVA RUBBER GARMENRS is an upcycle project by Tanya V. Abelson where inner tubes from truck tyres are transformed into garments.
By cutting, folding, and vulcanising the tyres, a new phase of the material emerges in unique shapes as bags, purses, backpacks, and clothing.
The garments feature designs that prioritise comfort, utility, and long-lasting performance. Every step of the production is a handmade process, and the materials are carefully selected and checked to ensure a high-quality product.
